Luxurious Accommodation

The Stable Dural is a beautiful architect designed accommodation located on rural acres in Dural NSW (Australia).

The building was completed in late 2017 occupying the spot where our horse stable once stood.

It is self-contained with a large lounge/ dining area, kitchen, bathroom and laundry on the ground floor. On the upper floor there is a queen bedroom with french doors leading onto a large verandah overlooking the horse paddocks.

Peace and Privacy

The accommodation has its own garden area with BBQ and garden table. Guests are also welcome to use the pool.

We will respect your privacy at all times but will be only too pleased to chat and advise on local matters if you so wish.

Why not take a break and wake up to the sound of birds.

There are two villages nearby with numerous restaurants, shops, medical centres, etc

Pricing

BASIC PRICES

Basic rates for the accommodation are:

Sunday - Thursday $160 per night

Friday - Saturday $185 per night

Minimum stay is 2 nights.

Special rates and longer minimum stays may apply in certain seasons.

A Breakfast platter suitable for two people (see photo) is available at a cost of $20. There are also many breakfast venues close by and supermarkets for purchase of provisions.

A cleaning fee is charged for each booking.

Long Stay discounts

Weekly rate 10% discount on basic rate

Monthly rate 20% discount on basic rate

General Information

Facilities available

* Essentials are provided such as towels, bed linen, soap, shampoo, toilet paper.

* Hair dryer, iron, washing machine.

* TV, DVDs and WIFI. The WIFI is supplied by fixed wireless and is not very fast. Not suitable for video streaming or gaming.

* Reverse cycle air conditioning

* Fully functional kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, etc.

* BBQ and garden table/ chairs

* A pool is available for booked guests to use during daylight hours. Beach towels provided.

Complimentary Provisions

Tea, coffee, hot chocolate and milk are provided for the first few days of all bookings. There is a capsule machine in the kitchen (for coffee and hot chocolate) .

House Rules

Covid 19: - It is assumed all guests have been vaccinated for Covid 19. If you have cold or flu symptoms prior to arrival please cancel your booking. All guests will need to comply with current "COVID-19 guidelines and fact sheets - NSW Health"

We are unable to accommodate children or pets.

No parties or events are allowed.

No smoking inside premises.

No organised photo or video/ film projects permitted onsite.

WIFI: Guests must acknowledge limited WIFI performance as noted on Airbnb site.
